12 days until the Tony Awards!!

I am very very excited to say that there are 12 days until the Tony awards. I have had a countdown in my locker since 170 days away and they are finally just around the corner!!

The most exciting part if this is that the Original Broadway Cast of Rent will be performing at the awards next Sunday, June 15th. Also, Krisin Chenoweth and Liza Minnelli are both presenters!

Alec Baldwin, Kristin Chenoweth, Glenn Close, Richard Griffiths, Laura Linney, John Lithgow, Liza Minnelli, Mary-Louise Parker, Daniel Radcliffe, Brooke Shields and Marisa Tomei will also be presenting.

 

I am SOO EXCITED!

So, as an aspiring filmmaker, I have begun to make random films of my life. The first one I did is now on YouTube, and I thought that I would post it here, just for fun. It is called Think Too Much (from the Idina Menzel song Think Too Much) and was supposed to be like Mark’s movie in Rent. It really is better if you know the people in it, but fun nonetheless. Ok, here it is, and yes, I am very aware that the title is cut off, people do keep telling me.

Also, Jill Bennett is not going to be on We’re Getting Nowhere for a while because she is filming something.  Which kind of sucks because we don’t get to watch her on We’re Getting Nowhere every week but also doesnt because it means she will be in something else that we can go see. So that will be fun. Anyhoo. That’s it really. Just for fun I’ll post a cute picture of Jill and Jamie just because I love this picture. It’s from Sarah Nebel’s music video Jasmin.

I have now become quite the fan of Jill from We’re Getting Nowhere (in that short time) and I wanted to rent In Her Line of Fire, a movie that she was in in 2006. I walked pretty far to a Rogers Video in the freezing cold and they didn’t even have it. so now I really want to see the movie and I asked for it for Christmas.  I thought I nwould put that up here just because…really I am just bored right now, so I thought I’d post the trailer. I want Jill to be in a movie that I’ll see in a video store!!!! So really, the goal is more Jill. Naked. – you’ve got to watch we’re getting nowhere to get that.
